Booking
Holidays are run from May to September inclusive. Groups will be from two to six people. Download our booking form.

Deposit
A deposit of £100 per person is payable on booking of our' two days and three nights package'. A deposit of £50 per person is payable on booking of our 'single and half day riding breaks'. This deposit is non-refundable. A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and Auchencairn Riding Establishment has issued confirmation of booking. The balance will be payable three weeks before the arrival date.
Cancellation
Our cancellation terms are as follows:
- 7 days from confirmation of the booking you have the right to cancel the booking (in writing) with no penalty. After this period the deposit will be forfeit regardless of circumstances.
- From 6 weeks to 4 weeks prior to the arrival date 50% will be forfeit.
- From 4 weeks to 2 weeks prior to the arrival date 75% will be forfeit
- Within 14 days of the arrival date 100% will be forfeit.
